Sony NEX-C3 PINK!

Bebi and i went Comex IT fair on last Saturday and Sunday. It was indeed a hard time choosing the right camera. Initally i wanted to buy Lumix GF-3 (as mentioned on my previous post), but i changed my mind after i get the touch of Nex-C3. The grab/touch/look/feel of GF-3 was just not right. Haha. The theme for the party was 'Back to School'. We pre-plan the party for almost a month, i must say it was a very very successful surprise birthday party ever in my life! I sweared he knows nuts about it!

We were really grateful to our dear Charcoal Thai frens for the time and putting 101% effort into making the party so wonderful and memorable! Many thanks to all who helped on food, decorations, entertainment and etc! It would have been impossible without you people supporting! We spent a night over with madness of games, beers, liquors!! We really enjoyed and had so much laughters (luckily the hotel staff didnt complain us for making so much noise! Haha). Bebi was so touched and mad happppy! Yeah!

Despite the rainy night, we still met up for a drink to celebrate bebi's birthday. ;) The meet up was pretty short and rather a sweet gathering in sucha peaceful ambience @ Red Dot. We wanted to surprise him with a cake but the kitchen was closed, it was around 12mn when we reaches the place. Well, thanks to our wonderful frens for the night! ;)

A bouquet of pinkie roses was delivered to my workplace in the morning. Half happy cos I've got 'secret admirer' thot at least still got ppl 'Bio' me.. lol. Half sad cos it was not from my boy. Believe it or not he actually came up with sucha prank! Lame. HAHA! BUT very cute and creative heh.. and really the least expected! Well, my boy was the happiest person cos his prank was so successful. Wad a joke. I laughed to myself cos my reaction was kinda extreme. *roll eyes* He nv failed to make me smile with little surprises :) I was in sucha jolly good mood for e whole day thou!:)

Next, dinner at Chilis. I wanted to try for the longest time and finally had the taste of it.
Baby's food was much nicer than mine esp the chicken and corn! Mine was so-so only and the pasta a bit salty.. but overall still not bad.

My itchy scratchy dog

Despite countless visits to the vet, my baby bub's condition doesn't seems to improve. She started scratching much more than usual after we stopped giving her steriods. She has scratched so hard and made herself bleed at times esp she scratches a lot on her face, that tells why she needa wear e-collar now. She doesn't have fleas or ticks. Sad to say she's just allergic to the environment.. she nibbled her legs a lot too and causes fur losing. Ugly dog now with little fur:(

She has been blood tested which cost us more than $300 to find out wad exactly she's allergic to. She is allergic to some kind of grass. Tt's why now I seldom bring her to dogrun. I will carry her even if I bring her out.. usually to short distance. She's turning 2 year old next month hope she gets better soon so I can bring her out for a celebration with the doggies.

Last week I applied this cream on her body (Bf's mum got it from her fren, as her fren use this cream on her dog and it works.) Even aunt is trying to get help from her fren she told us tt she doesn't bear to see bub keep scratching everyday and night. I oso tried snake powder on her.. plus we give her Antihistamine twice a day. We don't know how much help any of this will be but I will try out all sorts of method to ease her itchiness unhealthy skin.

Well, glad tt after trying the cream for 2 weeks she has improved a bit.. she does scratch but not excessively. We will nv give up on her thou we need to spend quite a sum of money on her treatment. Its all worth it.. She always make our day filled with laughter and she's a clever doggy! Ytd i just taught her new trick and she gets it very fast. If i could find more time teaching her, i belief she will know a lot of tricks and commands by now. Jia you baby bub!

I know i've not blogged in awhile and I really wish I could do it more often except that I can't find time to do it. :( Hmm, I wasn't feeling well for the past few weeks.. fever, cough, flu and migraine came at one time. My body really weak always fall sick easily. It's true that partly becos i'm lack of exercise, so I shall start my exercise regime soon. Haha *Cross fingers*

Anw, I wanna blog about some passed events - Halloween party, surprised anniversary trip to Marina Bay Sands, cruise trip and SCB dinner & dance.

:16 NOV 2010:

A surprise trip to Marina Bay Sands on our 6th years dating Anniversary, the surprised was successfully thrown, I was stunned and lost of words for few sec when we step into Sands.. I jumped for joy knowing that we'll be staying for an awesomeness 1 night at the htl. Hehe. Baby and I agreed that Sands is the best htl so far.. we simply love the room ambience, bathroom and infinity pool! :)

I'm so touched and happy for all the effort and things he had done for me.. all these years he never failed to keep this relationship going strong and healthy.. I belief all couples do have their ups and downs, good and bad times. Well, I couldn’t have asked for more but thankful and contented to have such a wonderful partner in my life.. we really hope to start a family soon.. :)

Seriously folks, I'm mid-20s now! Age is catching up how sad but well, i felt really thankful for having 25 years of life blessed with everything i have and surrounded by so many loved ones! My family, very very dear to me. My wonderful bf and all awesomeness friends! Taking this opportunity to thanks all of you again for rem my birthday and your well wishes.

On Monday 1st Nov, after work i met up with the girls for dinner at Jurong Point. It was a simple birthday dinner for Fy and myself. Thinking back it was the 4th year we've celebrated our birthday together. I must say we've had a close bond ever since we know each other few years back. A big thanks to my girlies for all the effort.. they eventually surprised us with a birthday cake later on that night at Tradehub. Really sweet of you all.. love Chipettes too! It's fate that has brought us together till now we're more than just friends. =)

We went over to 'My 2nd Home' at Tradehub to meet up with the guys. Chill-ed and played Monoploy deal together. Recently we're so hooked by this card game! Haha. Nonetheless, we had many laughter and fun together!

Went Pedro end of season sale in Paya Lebar a week ago. I wanted to shop for more but it was over crowded with people. The pushing and shoving among the people were horrible.. and the majority of shoes were out of sizes, so i didn’t have many choices. Well, at least i bought 2 pairs if not would be a wasted trip.

This leopard prints design heel was love at first sight :) Usual price was $89.90 but i got it at $49.90 It's a steal!

Another pair for work, it's from Charles & Keith. It looks prettier on my feet. Usual price was $39.90 but i got it at $19.90 Great deal too!

Furbabies swimming session

Today as usual the furbabies day out, this time we brought them to K9 Kampus for a swim. We indeed had great laughs and fun with the doggies. So proud of Bubble she seems to swim quite steadily now. She's a very challenging dog to take care of, her behaviors not like a 'normal' dog. Haha. My heart sinks when i see her running around the pool happily wagging her tail and willing to play ball with me!! Guess noone can undst how i felt that moment. Keep smiling inside out. She even pee and poo outside as normally she would endure till we were home. Although she cannt talk but i can feel that she likes the place and enjoyed herself at least.

After i bathe and fed her, she K.O till night. Mummy loves you sweetie!

Another kite flying week with the usual couples and doggies at West Coast Park. This is a place where Bubble's familiar with, having visited the park quite a few times already. As usual she was wary of the people and objects around her. Her behavior was slightly diff though, she sniffed the grass and trees which she usually don't. Normally she would just walk beside me closely. We will bring her out more often to explore outside.

See the blue foldable table set? Baby bought it 2nd hand from eBay at only 60 bucks! It's so mad cheap!

How time files... very fast the month of Sept 2010 is approaching... now the chinese 7th month follow by Mid-autumn festival. This year Mum got few tickets from her company for us to Chinese Garden to see the most enchanting lanterns and celebrate this occasion with the whole family.

Dunno whether consider a promotion for me... i got the role/job which i wanted and of cos a better salary. I feel that this is what i deserve cos i have been working very hard for it.. and now i have to work extra hard towards my next goal. Dear just changed a new job, it's also a sales job, still stressful but less stress as compared to the past... higher pay and need not have to stay till late to do cold call, market updates, many many servicing issues and etc. Most imptly we have more time for each other. Hope that it's a change to a better for us.

I think i didn't mention about this before.. we went to meet MP regards our previous BTO flat balloting which weren't successful and got an appeal letter to HDB. Recently we received replies from HDB explaining why our past ballot chances were slim as the demands were high and blah blah blah. In view of our past two unsuccessful attempts, they will accord us with five additional chances in the ballot for the latest BTO of Corporation Tiara at Jurong West. Hopefully we'd able to get a decent queue number this round. Let's see the results by end Sept.

Dunno how to say.. we love each other so much.. we got common goals, common thinking.. and we wanted so much to start our own family, our own hse. A cosy hse that belongs to us, Bubble and our children. I'm sure we will be happy even if we dun live luxuriously. All we want a simple life... everything simple, cosy and love. I'm truly fortunate to have such genuine and wonderful bf who dote on me so much. Baby, thank you for making this relationship possible and everlasting.

Singapore is so boring and has limited places to go these days. Anyway, the past few wkends were pretty healthy (instead of clubbing and drinking), we did alot of outdoor activities - cycling and kite flying is now our wkend passion. Haha. We kind of enjoy it esp when the kites flew high up in the sky.. didn't know that we can fly it so well.. it was like back to childhood.. a great experience thou.. hee

This pic was taken last sat at East Coast Park. Bubble first time on a bicycle basket.. indeed she was scared as usual.. i need to hold her paw to calm her down while cycling at the same time.. very tired.. haha

Nowadays my precious doggy always whine and want us to carry her to the window.. actually i was the one who carried her to the window once.. surprisingly she remembered and loves to look out of the window after that 'one time'. Whenever we open up the curtain, she'd whine and jump non-stop. Dunno why ytd she keep whining and wanted to look out of the window again and again.. we let her once but she wanted more.. dear slap abit on her backside and she sat quietly at one corner staring at me with that pitiful look. My heart went sour and i carried her to the window again. She was kinda happy and went to slp after that.. what kind of dog is this? lol

His 25th Birthday at Bintan!

My big boy finally turned 25. Mid-twenties! Haha. I wish him all the best and success in his career, good health and many many happy returns!

We were away for 2 romantic days in Bintan to celebrate his birthday. It was indeed a relaxing and memorable stay! Trip was good thou it was short. :) It has been a while since we have been this relaxed. Love it!

Baby and i have booked the ferry tix and resort for our Bintan trip! Counting down to 13 more days! Woohoo! Time to relax a bit. Baby is going to start his new job soon. Hope everything goes smoothly for him! As for me, i'd be moving to a new role in the bank.. hopefully by next month! *Pray hard that the process would be a successful one. Let's work hard towards our goal!!!!! We have agreed that the coming October Hongkong trip will be the last one. No more trip for the next 2 years! Gonna SAVE big time and spend wisely.. NO more shopping and NO changing of new car. At first he wants to change to his dream car but after some careful thoughts, we decide not to change. Only convert the current wkend car to normal plate. He has also changed the insur to his name, in order to claim from his new company. Argh can't wait to know the BTO results at month end.

Friday was baby's last day at UOB. His boss and colleagues had a farewell dinner and KTV session for him. Went Boiler with the usual gang again.. baby came to join us after the dinner. We had great fun as usual. =)

Father's Day Dinners

Happy Father's Day to all wonderful fathers!:)

Last Friday, our family had a simple celebration for Dad at jie's place, wanted to go somewhere else but bcos Ashton baby wasn't feeling well, we don't want him to catch any virus from outside again, so we had home steamboat for dinner. Indeed great company, great food! After my work, i went Taka to buy a yummy mango cake for Dad. My poor nephew has just recovered from his illness, but still running a low grade fever. So pitiful! But we couldn't tell that he was sick cos he still smile and laugh loudly when we played with him. He keep bouncing on our laps when we carried him. Haha.. such a cheerful baby!

Half day of work on Saturday, baby came to pick me up after his work. Headed home and brought our precious Bubble for her first annual vaccine jab. Time really flies! Bubble is now 1 yr 3 mth le.. so fast can. Hmm, she behaves quite well. Just a bit shy and scared, and wants me to carry her when the vet touches her. We were quite surprised that she actually lost weight, from 7.2kg to 6.25kg. We thought that she would be heavier.. cos she has been eating a lot lately.. Haha. Anw, like that better.. gonna maintain her at this weight so that she won't feel heavy when walking. After that we went to shop for Bubble's stuff. Bought another pee-tray for the living room.. some food, treats and etc. We spent abt $130 just on her stuff and jab.

I took a short nap from 3-5pm. Woke up for dinner (father's day dinner for uncle). Lin Sing went to see music concert, so only the four of us went to eat. We went to Seafood Paradise at Defu Lane. (Baby's fav crabby place!=p) Hee. As expected the restaurant was packed with people. Luckily we make reservation beforehand. But were given the non-aircon area, cos the air-con area were fully taken. We weren't too fussy so we were fine without air-con. After taking our orders, it was a 45 mins wait before the food arrived. Starving like mad! Luckily the wait was quite worthwhile, one of the best dishes we had was the creamy crab! It's awesomely YUMMY! Esp when you dip the man-tou onto the creamy sauce. OMG.. I'm drooling already. Haha:p Actually i don't really fancy crabs but this time i couldn't resist myself for just one! *Winks*

Yay!! We are planning for a relaxing short getaway next month. This time to Bintan for just 2D1N. It's a retreat for me and baby and also an advance birthday trip for him:)

Initially i wanted to surprise him by booking a themed suites at Hotel Re and celebrate together with the gang, but after much consideration I feel tt it doesn't worth S$515 for a night. Would rather spend the money on a trip or something else. Though times are bad now, but we still stay happy and contented enough to have each other's support! :) But well, for the sake of our future, we need to really spend our money wisely.
Well, will also plan for a celebration with our frens before the trip too.
Looking forward to my dearest's big 25th!=p

I do miss them very much! We have not seen each other for more than 8 months after we all separated from Battery Branch. Finally catch up with them on Wednesday (which was also my off-day). Really miss the good old days we had.. where we worked and played together in the past. Well, glad that we are all doing well now.. =))

So craving for Korean food! Then we came to this Gaia restaurant at SUNTEC. Love their super grade beef and Kimchi!

Stuff for Bubble baby.

Bubble is a hyper sensitive dog and has not much fur since she was little. Recently becos of her skin, she keep biting her back legs due to the itchiness and causes fur loss. Then we brought her to groom 'Botak', as that's the only way to regrow a new coat of fur. She looked really funny and skinny without much fur. Haha. But she's still as adorable as ever.

We thought that she might hv dry skin, and the groomer recommend us to use mild shampoo on her.
We came across this -ZOIC! Quite good. A Japanese brand mild shampoo with natural ingredients and effective relaxation lavender oil (essential oil), flavor of the tender. Need to mix with water before use.

It costs abt S$35 for a 200ml bottle.

Hypo-allergenic wet tissues for Bubble's pipi after poop. Safe to use. For doggies who has sensitive skin like Bubble.

Rufus & Coco supplements for skin and coat. It's a aust brand. Brought at S$38 from Noo Age. Pet Safari selling at S$35.
Can get cheaper from other shops:D
Can tell a bit that Bubble's skin is improving after consuming this product for 2 weeks.. got to see the true result after 2 months, if not got to change again.

Wedding bell and Speedy recovery to baby, aunt and me!

I'm supposed to attend one of my ex colleagues' wedding on SUNDAY, but becos I need to accompany baby to the clinic for followup and to undress his wound, so i get Adelia to help me pass an Angbao to her. My poor boy injured himself during a bball match on Thursday. I wasn't there to see him played cos i went for facial. According to him, the opponent came down knocked against him, and his elbow hit him hard under his eyebrow which suffered a deep cut. He told me that it was a small issue and asked me not to get so worried. How can i not worried?! Am worried sick when he called, telling me that he needs to go to the clinic for stitching immediately. Luckily my facial ended earlier than usual. So i rush and dash to the clinic nearby his hse. We were on the phone and he told me that he felt a little giddy. I thought he might suffered from concussion due to the hit. Fortunately he was okay after the glue stitches and rest a bit at the clinic.

I must admit that he's indeed a 100% filial child, who genuinely cares for his loved ones, his family and his home. Despite his injury, he still went to fetch his mum from a frens' gathering, partly becos aunt's left eye hasn't fully recovered from an op yet, so it's kinda inconvenience for her to take public transport (she knows about his injury and also told him not to go fetch her), but he insists. Not only this, there are a few more occasions that he will be there if we need him.

Before heading home we went to pump petrol first, that's when i start 'complaining' things to his mum. Lol. I rem we were saying don't know wad kind of 'ball' he plays.. always come back with deep fingernails scratches, cuts and bleed after a match or trainings, and now a one that needed a stitch. Although these are the common things that would happen, but the feeling of pain and worries are there. His passion towards basketball are too strong, he once told me that he would pass his skills to our son. Lol. I was coughing consistently while talking to aunt, she was shocked that i have not recover after 3 weeks of coughing. Then she says she gonna boil some special liang cha for me and says that this liang cha works well for throat. Thank you dear aunt!:)

By the way, i wanna thanks Kelly for the invitation and a big congratulation to her! She is such a young little girl who is turning 21st this year and her husband is as young as her. Hope she really found her Mr Right but not due to certain reasons and get into marriage. Hope they'll be truthful and responsible for one's life. Life is so unpredictable. You might not have control on wad life brings, but i believe in fate sometimes. When things are meant to be yours, it will be yours. Well, an everlasting marriage to the young couple! Cheers:)

SHOW LUO's concert was indeed a spectacular one!! This time we went with Huiqing, Eddie and Qixian. It was baby and my 2nd time to his concert.. the very first time was his SHOW ON STAGE which was 3 years ago.

Me and Huiqing scream like hell!!! muahaha!! He is so handsome and look so dashing on his outfits!! We are so gonna be there for his 舞法舞天演唱会 PART 2!!!!

I brought my Bubble gal to the Dog Run together with Huiqing + Eddie + Mayo and Claris + Boogie + Token. I woke up as early as 9am, preparing myself to go out while Baby and Bubble were still snoring away. They refused to wake up no matter how and wad method i used to wake the both of them. Haha. When i said the 'magic word', Bubble immediately jumped up wag her tail and stared at me. Haha. As for her lazy Daddy, he still refused to open his eyes.. he had a late night.. so we went without him. (Thanks Hq sweet and Ed for the rides!) I forced Bubble to eat a bit cos i know we'll be spending few hours outdoor. Nowadays we have to force her to eat.. she is getting more picky on food. We feed her 2 meals daily, she loves to eat and used to finish her food fast but now she hardly wants to eat.. she'd smell the food and walk away. Then we noticed that she doesn't likes her food anymore.. wad a sudden changed of appetite.. now we are feeding her Canidae salmon & potatoes kibbles.. then recently we bought another brands of food (Bosch lamb & rice) to mix together with Canidae. We are relieved now cos she has improved and start eating more and look happier.

Adopting a dog is like adding another child to your household and it's a lifetime commitment. It's also a little taste of wad it’s like to be a mother.. the love, care, responsibities and etc.
Bubble is indeed a well-behave, lovable and intelligent dog. The only thing is that she's very timid and prone to sensative skin. That's why we are very particular esp on her food and treats. I rem we often brought her to see the vet cos of her skin, that was when she's around 4-5 months old, but now her skin is not as bad as before (cross fingers). She never once give us any trouble like say, biting on our belongings, shoes, furnitures and etc. She does pee and poo at the place she’s supposed to. We nvr regret having her. I will alwaz rush home to see if she’s doing fine.. feel so elated when she knows that you're home.. wagging her tail and follow you around the hse happily. Hehe.

Last week baby and i brought her to Furry Pets at River Valley for grooming. It was our first time there and i'm pretty satisfied with the cut and she smells heavenly shampooed. Unforunately we found a tick on her! When we got home baby play with Bubble and that's when he found a tick on her face! No wonder she wasn’t her usual active self.. she keep rubbing her face against the wall and furnitures. Baby quickily use his hand and pick it. The tick was so stubborn and really hard to remove. It's like sticking on Bubble's face for too long. Poor thing! I applied med cream on her after that and keep saying sorry to her.. feel damn guilty!!

Baby was so angry he almost called up the groomer. But we figured it doesn’t achieve anything even though we make a big 'hu ha'.. it could be from other doggies.. so we just let the matter rest and we are so not going back to Furry Pets anymore!!

Oh ya we've enrolled Bubble to Waggie Dog Sch. Although she's good enough for us but she's very timid. To be fair for her as well as to build up her self-confidence, we decide to send her to the professionalist and she can also learn new skills.

We have been searching for a good sch and came across Waggie.com.sg (to those who also want to send your doggie for trg, this is their website). The trainer, Patrick says we should bring her to the wkends classes, as there will be more dogs to mingle with. He also said that results are guaranteed and we can jolly well see the improvement after the third lesson. Lol. There are 10 lessons in total which cost us $430.. with lifetime refreshment. Hope Bubble will become a bravier and happier dog when we bring her outdoor. Looking forward to her first day of sch on coming Sunday!:)

I'm so sick

I have had the worst ever cough and flu. It's been going on for abt a week now. I had a high fever on last Wed and Thur, i was feeling very weak and miserable over the last wkends. I couldn't eat and slp well, it's very frustrating for not able to have a good slp at night. Keep waking up in the middle of night due to bad coughs and the itch in my throat, it's so bad i wake up choking myself and gasping for air. Sometimes, i cough so hard and persistently that ended up vomiting.

I also lost my voice completely over the last wkends. I went to work yesterday but took half day leave as i am still not feeling well and unfit to work. I thought i'd be alright if i slp more.. dozed off immediately after i took the med. Then when i woke up in the late evening, my voice is hardly there and i felt feverish again, i even felt pain on my skin. Fever has been coming on and off since last week. The highest temperature was 38.2 degree. Baby insisted that i shld see another doc, so yesterday night at abt 10pm, he drove me to one of the clinics at Bukit Batok. Seen the doc and i'm given 4 days MC, and stronger dosage of medicines. How serious you can imagine. I look terrible now, pale skin and dark circles under my eyes. Sigh.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all wonderful mothers:)

Yesterday was mother's day, as expected every restaurants were packed with people. Lucky us managed to have a table at the Dian Xiao Er Chinese restaurant. There were 9 of us without my bro cos he was in camp. We only get to choose one Mother's Day set dinner out of three sets, there weren't any ala carte food on this special day. So we ordered the set that comes with shark fin, abalone and etc, which cost more than $$350. All along we thought the food in this restaurant are pretty good, but apparently the food tasted horrible as compared to normal days. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed the dinner. Mum, sis and i took turn to carry Ashton baby while we took turn to eat, cos he was crying when he woke up from his slp on his stroller. He fall aslp again when he was on our arms. He's such a lovely baby. Indeed our family's fav and attention:)

After the dinner, we walked around Causeway Point. Shop at Courts, sisters and i almost bought a LCD Tv for daddy.. we thought that the deal was pretty good, but we rem that time when we were in Jurong Point Harvey Norman was having Reno sales and the prices are cheaper by $200.. so we decide to get the Tv there instead.

Parents headed home first while sis and i went over to elder's sis hse. After a while Huiqing and Fangyi came to fetch me, before that they visited sis's hse and play with my nephew den we headed back to Jurong together. We went to meet our boys after their usual Sunday bball session. Baby and i wanted to go Loyang temple to pray but on second thoughts we drop the idea, cos i wasn't feeling well and the travel distance a bit far. Hope we'd be able to go this week. We want to pray for luck and success for our career and hse. I'm still waiting for the news from diff banks. Hope i can change job soon. Baby wants to switch to other job industries, he just sent out his CV to Mediacorp for the position of A/cs Mgr.. something to do with advertising sales. But so far no news from them yet. Haha. I thought of changing to another industry too, but thinking the years of experience i have with the bank, i decide to stay in banking line. I wish for a better progress. Few more days before the new launch BTO application closes, so far 1723 no. of applications received as of todate and there are only 300 no. of 4 rm flats. The chances of getting a unit seems nearly impossible again. I'm getting anxious of the balloting results. Sigh.

Yewsing's Grandpa Birthday Celebration

I woke up late for work on Saturday.. quickly washed up and baby sent me to work. Luckily i reached my workplace on time. Haha. After 2.5 hours of work baby came to fetch me home. Before that i went over to Far East to buy 4D and TOTO. (but nvr strike lah!) Haha

I felt drowsy after taking the med, so i took a nap and woke up at 4.30pm. Baby and i prepared ourselves for his grandpa's birthday dinner at Kranji. There were total 3 tables of his family and relatives, like ma'chiam attending a wedding banquet. Haha. Anw, i like the food! So yummy! But too bad, Baby and i left first before i could eat the Suckling Duck, Haagen daz and Swensen Ice-cream cakes! Sad. He already promised the guys for soccer, den Fangyi sweet meet me at Jurong point. Accompanied her for dinner at Carls' Jr. We chatted for so long and didn't realize that it was already 10+pm. Even our boys finished their soccer games, then they came to pick us. Later at night the 4 of us went to a car workshop around Jurong area.. changed the dome lights for our cars from normal one to white colour. NICE! Afterwhich 'car trip' to Serangoon then from Serangoon to East Coast then back to Jurong for supper. Reached home at 3.30am! Shag.

Went to the beach @ Sentosa with the usual gang in the morning. Only Kelvin and Zhen Long didn't turn up. Then Fangyi and Teck joined us at 2+pm. Haha. As usual Huiqing, Fangyi and i prepared the picnic stuffs... like food, drinks and etc. We gathered at CC for car pool and set off at 11am. It was such a good sunny weather for the guys to tan, but not for the girls. Haha most of the time we hide under the shades with our doggies. The only time we were out to the sun was a short few minutes of captain ball game with the guys. Haha. We had fun thou.

We left at abt 5+pm. After sending our doggies home, we meet the rest for dinner at Safra. Jap food!

Our King, Our Ashton!

Elder sis and bro-in-law brought Ashton baby to one of their fren's baby shower around Jurong area, it've been almost a month since i last see my CUTE and CHUBBY nephew, so i met up with them awhile at Jurong point for coffee. Ashton boy is SUPER CUTE!! He is turning 3 months old and his weight is 7.1kg, just like Bubble's weight! Haha. (Yes, i treated my dog as if my own 'daughter' although she is not a human.) I like Ashton's cheeks.. so fat and meaty!! I always cannot resist myself to kiss and smell his cheeks like many many times! Wahaha! Then, my sis will whisper to Ashton's ears, 'look at your crazy Ah Yi'. Oh yep.. my status has upgraded to 'Ah Yi'.

Ashton behaves very well.. he's such a brave boy! Whenever we carried him, he will not cry out loud like some other babies do, cos i think they scared of strangers/unfamiliar faces. But Ashton boy is diff.. he even cuddled on our chest whenever he got carried by us. He would look and see things around him while enjoy being carried.. Haha.. well, he only cry a bit when he's hungry or when he pee and poo, or throw tantrums, when he's being disturbed during his sleep. Now he starts to mumble a bit and recognize voices and smell.. he loves to play too! He'd smile and laugh alot alot at us. Haha. Ashton baby is our FIRST grandson of both families so all of us dote him big time! And indeed we're treating him like a KING!

I'm resuming this blog after few months for not blogging consistently. I would love to blog more about life before and after marriage, as i'd be seeing myself turning from a daddy's girl to a woman in 2 to 3 years time. Many have asked 'when are we getting married?' Yes. Another few more years, although the proposal was made since last year, (with tree, grass, insects, moonlight witness the short and sweet proposal.) I'll nvr forget tha moment:) and will have more special moments to come.

Many plans are under 'pending' mode as we need more $$$!!! My very first choice of bridal shoot to be taken are from My Dream Wedding, one of the many bridal studios that really caught my attention. As for the wedding venue, we have few places in mind but it won't be disclosed yet now, until all these thing have confirm. During these period of time we will work hard and save hard for our marriage and future home. Well, we just ballot another new BTO at Boon Lay Grove. The previous balloting for Boon Lay Meadow was not sucessful, hopefully this time we can ballot for a unit. We applied for 4 rm cos there are more units compare to 5 rm's. We assume that the chances are lower if we applied for the 5 rm one. We intend to go temple over the wkends to pray for success. Haha. ('if we got time')

台湾之旅 !!! Taiwan Trip!!!

I'm gonna blog about our awesome trip @ Taiwan!! It was a 7 days 6 nights trip with chipmunks and chipettes. It was a long awaited trip as the air ticket was booked since April last year, when Jetstar was having some special promo.

The first two days only the four of us, cos Fangyi got her VISA late so Teck and her joined us on the third day.

Nette and i got our hair colour-ed and perm-ed during the CNY. But i rebond-ed my hair after having curly hair for good 2 months.

First thing first, after we landed in TW and checked-in hotel.. we queue up for 阿宗面线! Heard a lot from frens and forum that this is one of the 'must try food' in TW.

A bowl of HOT Mee Sua was a good choice cos the weather was like 8-10 degree only! Super COLD!

Nom.. Nom.. Nom.. 好吃!

Next, as the sky was getting dark, we headed to Shilin Night Market for good food and shopping! We love to shop and eat!:p

On the 2nd day, was at XIMENDING as early as 11am for our breakfast at the Modern Toilet Restaurant. We walked around XIMENDING and took train to BEITOU for Hotspring after that..

Fourth day, went HELLO KITTY CAFE for brunch. Actually our intention was to go take pics of the cafe.. the food tasted horrible... nice to see but not nice to eat and it's not cheap too..

Steamboat for dinner! We queue for more than an hr but it was worth it cos this was the best meal during the trip!! 好吃! 好吃!

Fifth day to Yang Ming Shan! It was packed with people.. it was due to the flower blossom..

On the sixth day, we took bullet train to TAICHUNG! Spent a day there..

Last day! Initially, we wanted to extend one more day but due to the last min changed of flight and etc.. we need to fork out few hundreds dollar more for the flight. We thot that it wasn't worth so went back to singapore reluctantly.

Baby and i overslept cos i forgot to set the alarm! We quickly washed up den he sent me to Huiqing's hse (i didn't have much time to doll up, so went out with simple makeup and semi-dry hair), while he met up with the rest of the brothers at Pioneer's Mac for breakfast.

Fangyi came last and she bought us Mac's breakfast, we had a quick bite before we start to 'work'. haha

Huiqing's Hens Night, 04/12/09

A big congratulation to Huiqing sweet and Eddie, who were married last Sunday, 13 Dec 09. The couple, who have been together since year 1999, are officially husband and wife! All of us felt happy for them. Best wishes to them and their new marriage! Hee :)

We had a hen's night the week before their wedding. The guys had their bachelor's night too! Hehe. We did lots of absurd stuff that night! It was so hilarious that i still couldn't stop laughing each time i think of it. Well, we had an awesome time together and everyone was happy and enjoyed :) Hope Huiqing sweet had a memorable hens night with a bunch of 'hao jie meis'! LOL

Oct '09 sales of balance flats exercise results!

Finally received the letter from HDB last month, we have applied for a 4 room flat in Jurong West area. Our ballot number is 500+ for an available pool of 20 flats! :( By the time we get call up base on our queue number, we won't be able to get the unit that we like, for sure. Or even zero chance to choose the unit. Better luck next time! Bing Tai who is a property agent, he has been helping us to look out for resale flats. Thanks ya.

Baby and i have also applied for the BTO at Boon Lay, Meadow. There are more units for us to choose so chances may be higher, but i put minimum expectations thou. This location where we applied is very near to his parent's place and will be ready in est 3 years time. The price is also cheaper than the resale flats available in the market now, although we don't really like the location, cos it's a bit far from Jurong Point and Mrt station. As for now, we have to save as much as we can for our marriage, house renovation, furniture, other electronic stuff & etc. We will work hard for our future and love nest. We hope to receive good news at the end of Dec.

We celebrated Daddy’s advance bday on Saturday. Dad last bday presents from us are: watch, perfume, belt, shirts, wallet, angbao (which is the most practical way).. and etc. We totally run out of ideas wad to get for him, as he seems to have almost everything. So we decided to treat Dad, family and relatives a sumptuous dinner! We had a simple dinner in one of the restaurant. Only me, Baby, elder sis, Bro-in-law, youngest bro, and my uncle & aunt were present while my younger bro was on guard duty and younger sis was at work, so they can't join us for dinner. A little pity that none of us brought camera and thus wasn’t able to take proper pic of us and the nice food.

I wish Daddy will have a long long life, healthy, strike numbers and forever happy! Love you Dad! :) Hee.

27-29 Nov, Genting Highlands 3D2N

Since it was a long weekends, the gang booked the private coach up to Genting Highlands. We had multiple activities to keep ourselves entertained - like bowling, singing & drinking session, casino and movie! It was a short but yet a fun and fulfilling trip.

We went on bus, 3 am, pick-up point at Huiqing's place. Some of us gathered at her place early to have breakfast and played a round of mahjong before the rest came.

Afterwhich, we headed to a strawberry farm. It was my first time to the farm after a few times to Genting. I guess all of us had our virgin tour at the farm. The strawberries don't look fresh at all, but nice farm thou. Haha.

We continued our journey thereafter. :)

We took a nap. Rinse and Shine, and we headed straight to the Casino. Photo taking is not allowed in there, so no pictures to show. My luck was really good on the first day. WON 500+ ringgits. Lol.

Evening was Deqing’s birthday celebration at the "Be A Star" Karaoke. The 10 of us spent about 1K ringgits for the room and liquors. All of us enjoyed ourselves. :)

I'm supposed to go fetch Qi Xian together with baby, but we overslept. Either I've forgot to set alarm, or we ignored the alarm when it rang or when the alarm rang, i snoozed it and promptly fell back to slp. =p In the end baby went to pick him up alone, while I was still slping like pig. :p He quickly washed up and rushed to the airport. We felt super guilty for letting QX waited for almost an hour. Paiseh! Paiseh!

Luckily baby need not have to work on Sat. He slept till i came back from work at abt 2 plus. After work, i went to the pets lovers centre shop which is just located above my work place. I was there to buy food for Bubble, but ended up with many many treats and toys again which cost me more than $80+ altogether. I would have spent 100 over dollars without member + b'day month discount. Very thankful to the shop auntie who has given me a free membership + many many advices. Bubble has so many treats now.. gonna share it with her frens. Hehe.

Baby and I went to eat duck rice in the evening. So yummy! We wanted to go for a car wash but was raining heavily so no point getting the car washed. I hate rainy days, simply don't have the mood to go anywhere just feel like lazing at home.

At night clubber Shyan jio-ed us go club as usual. Hahaha. Initially we canceled the plan cos not many of them want to go. We suggested movie but no one keen to watch also. Lol. But in the end still went clubbing lah. Thought we could celebrate Bing Tai's b'day, he sms-ed baby saying that he will meet us at CC, we waited for almost an hour but he dint show up and we couldn't contact him neither.. he's such a wet blanket.
The next day when the gang met up for dinner, Bing Tai claimed that his hp was spoiled.
What an excuse. =p
Anw, we indeed had much fun at Boiler Room. Surely more to come. Hee...

I was on leave for a week while baby had his 2 weeks leave. During one of the weekdays, we brought Bubble to the vet for re-consultation but we were late for the appt and they've closed as the vet needs to perform surgery for other animals. Knowing that the clinic will only re-open at 5pm we brought Bubble home first and brought her there again when we came back from Ubi.

We had duck rice for lunch at Jurong East together with Bing Tai and Guo Qiang. I like the duck rice lah! The best one i had so far. Hehe. They want to tailor made shirts for work. Heard from frens that the tailor at Frontier along Ubi, the workmanship is decent, and prices are quite reasonable compare to other tailors'. We also read from forums that they are good too. So we drove all the way to Ubi, from West to East! Baby spent $230 for 4 shirts. Hopefully those shirts will look nice on him.

Although Baby were on leave but on and off he'd go back to his office to do his 'forever-unfinished' work. I rem he went back to work on Thursday and came home at 8pm. Despite his tiring day at work, we still headed to town as it was plan earlier. Well, i know he doesn't want to disappoint me, cos we were supposed to spend more time with each other during our leave instead of work. Thou we had very short time for shopping but were very satisfied with our purchases. Hehe.=p

It'll be our fifth year anniversary in 3 days time! How time files! To me, anniversary is an impt occasion that comes just once in a year. Looking back years from now, our love has proven, strengthened and grown. May our love continues to grow stronger and happier till our hair turn grey. :) Well, what sort of gift should i get for him this time?..

Qi Xian is coming back from Perth! Baby and i will be fetching him from the airport later. I didn't meet up with my SC besties for dinner and chilling session after knowing that we've to pick him up at 540am. No choice lah, baby's best bro is also my best bro, moreover he promised QX's bro to help to fetch him. Haha. Let's see how baby is going to survive tonight, cos he will be home very late as he's happily singing and drinking with his colleagues right now. =p
Alrite, i shall go to bed now.. 4 hours for me to sleep!

Last Saturday, after our movie together with Fangyi, Teck, Claris and Boogie at Plaza Sg. Baby fetched me to Candy's birthday celebration at Atlantis, one of the Thai club in Jalan Sultan. At first i was pretty looking forward to see my girls at the new club as i heard that it's the biggest Thai club in Sg. But i am totally disappointed after i reached the place. The place look very unsafe - gangsters fighting, throw bottles, lousy music and ambience. Not only me, all of them agreed that the club is lousy. Definitely the first and last time for us! I think i'm the only one who left the place early. Haha. I'm SO happy when baby came to fetch me home at 1.30am. =p
Anw, i hope my girls did enjoy themselves that night thou!:)

Baby fetched me to Enen's hse at Sengkang on Sunday while he went to his bball game again. Brought Bubble to meet her new fren, Noona!! Haha. Noona is duper super active and playful! Duno why Bubble was kinda action and attitude that day, she didn't wants to play with her. But she behaves very well thou. Good gal Bubble, Mummy loves you! Hee..

So happy to see En and Ngeow again after so long!:) We went to have lunch, afterwhich we cab back to Jurong together. After sending Bubble home, we went to sing at Chevrons. Ricky and Calvin came to join us after their roadshow at Suntec. Poor them still got to work on Sunday! Can't wait to meet up with the rest on Friday! Looking forward to the gathering...

A simple birthday celebration with my family. Mummy whipped up many yummy food and sis bought roasted chicken too. Baby went to his usual sunday basketball game after he fetched me and Bubble home in the afternoon. He came over for dinner after that. Actually i wanted to bring them to Sunset Way for dinner cos I don't want to trouble mum to cook. Who knows mum went all the way to the supermarket to buy groceries just to cook for us. Hee.

Bubble is unwell again.

Bubble kept scratching her ears from morning till night. She even chew her paws very often now. Why are Westies so sensitive?:( We suspected that she has ear infection after observing her for a week. She'd hurt her ears if she continues to scratch so i borrowed the e-collar from Mayo. I thought after putting on the collar she will scratch lesser, but i was wrong. She still scratched herself even with the collar on. Many times the scratching noise woke us up in the middle of night. We couldn't help much, all we could do was to massage her ears to make her feels better. I cleanse her ears every 3 times a week, i wonder why she still got affected. Baby said i could have used the wrong method of cleaning. :(

At first we wanted to bring her to the vet on weekends but looking at her condition, we asked Linsing for a favour to bring her on weekdays since he is having his sch holidays now. Poor Bubble has visited the vet for 3 times. All in all we have spent around $300++ on her medication. She is turning 7 months old soon. Doc advised us to get her sterilize before her period comes, this is to minimize the risk of getting breast and womb cancer. Since Linsing has most of the time now, we decide to get this done asap before his sch starts.
We won't be at home during the day, cos baby and i have to work. Thanks to Linsing who is willing to look after her everyday after her ops. Although we know that auntie would love to watch her but we worried that she might not have all the time on her, moreover she have to take care of housechores work and other things to busy with.
Her skin is getting more sensitive than usual, she have tried a few brands of food, from vegetarian to fish & potato, but none of them suits her. We now fed her with fish & potato again but in diff brand with more omega3 and oil. Hope we don't have to change the food again.

The length of the collar is too short, she can reach her legs and chew them.

New BTO flats in Jurong Launching Tomorrow!

Baby's father immediately informed us abt the new BTO flats launch after he watched it from the news. It's at Jurong West but duno the exact location yet. Although we've applied for the recent one but we would prefer the BTO ones! We are still waiting for the next month results. We feel that chances are quite low. If i'm not wrong, there were abt 20,000 applications. Anyway we hope our application is not successful. Haha!

My fren said we cannot apply again since we've already applied for the recent one. But some said we still can apply. For first timer got priority queue. It's only that if we reject the chance twice den there will no longer be priority for us. We are quite worried cos we've rejected once, so if we reject the one we just applied then no more priority. :(

Pray hard that we can forgo the ballot exercise if we apply the BTO tmr. Actually we are still in doubts and intend to call HDB to check whether we can apply for the BTO and cancel the earlier application, but was very busy with work. Shall wait for the BTO launch tmr.
Hope to have our own hse soon!:)

Steamboat!

Kickoff Sunday night with a Steamboat dinner at home. Baby drove me home together with our precious Bubble while he went to play basketball (his usual Sunday activities). He came over to join us for dinner after he has finished his game. Fangyi called me in the evening to asked whether i want to go swimming with Huiqing at Parc Oasis. I dint join them cos I wasn't in jurong area.

I am surprised when i see my younger sis making 'Suan Pan Zi' in the kitchen. Lol. Taste wasn't as bad as I thought. Haha. :P We helped out in the kitchen and dinner was ready by 7pm. I was asking my elder sis whether she is afraid of giving birth or not. She is not scared and even wants a natural birth without epidural. Well it's always easier to say than to do right? Dad and Mum encouraged her to have a drug-free method if not she would regret when she gets older. Scary. Haha. Mum was telling us how brave she was when she gave birth to the 5 of us without any epidural. :P Seriously i don't know how she can do it, but wad i must say is, she is our bravest, greatest and wonderful mother!

I have been using this spare hp (baby used it during his NS time!), since the day i lost my phone on the cab! Finally, i got a new hp now! Thanks baby for the IPHONE! Muacks! He said it's for my early birthday gift!:) Yesterday was the first launch of 3G (S).. the queue were damn long and it took us more than 3 hours just to get a phone! Madness..

Last weekend was the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival. I didnt have the chance to celebrate it with my family becos i was busy working. Hope they enjoy themselves in Msia.
Well, lantern fest + Potluck dinner hosted at Huiqing's hse. Initially we wanted to book a BBQ pit at West Coast Park, since it was last min thingy and most of pits were taken, we came out with the idea of having potluck, where each of us brought different dishes of food to her hse.

We had fun throughout the entire night, it's just a nice way to theme a dinner like this with the gang get-together, a dinner, glowing paper lanterns, playing with the doggies, while some chat, playing card games and mahjiong-ing. We brought our doggies downstair for a stroll and i rem there were groups of CC people celebrating the festival too. Everyone start walking around the neighbourhood with their lanterns lit up, and we even walked behind them as if we were part of community members. Haha.

Congrats to Fann Wong and Christopher Lee who got married today, thou they are not my idols but i seriously feel happy for them. Just watched the live telecast of their wedding on Channel 8. So grand and so many MediaCorp people. haha. Baby is having dinner with the VRMs at Shangri la! I wonder will the boys be star struck now.=p The couple had their bridal photo shoot in Maldives!!! Shall go there for photo shoot too.. must work really hard and save save save! Haha.=p

Congrats to my fren, Junren who got married last month in Msia. Sorrie that i dint make it that day but thanks for the invitation.=))

Ytd i got the news from Joreen that she's getting married probably next year. Thou we seldom see and talk to each other but i still feel happy for her knowing that she has found her life partner. Wishing them everlasting love!=))

Candy who is one of the sisters in our group, Alvin and her should be planning for their marriage by now as they've gotten their new flats already. Waiting for their good news soon... =))
Happy to see Irene and Pam who are currently in a stable relationship.. wish that they will last forever. Sis Ivy who is expanding her business and also planning for marriage in few years time. I truly feels happy for them knowing that they have found their happiness to spend the rest of thier life together. I do miss you girls! Let's meet up for coffee soon! *Hugs*

Huiqing who is always the 'Da Jie Da' among the 3 of us(Fangyi, me and her), she's getting married in 77 days time! There will be 12 sisters and 12 brothers altogether. We are still deciding on wad to wear during the day time.. Huiqing wants a unique attire rather than the boring white dresses.. and same goes to the guys. We have thot of some games of cos cannot reveal them here yet. Wahaha! We will sure laugh big time one..=p Woo.. shall also organise the bachelor and bachelorette nite too!~=p

By the way, for those who kept asking me when's my big day.. erm it is not yet coming but soon.. Haha. Initial plan was to have our house built first before settling down. We are still looking for flats around Jurong area. We either ROM first or custom wedding.. havent make a final decision yet.=p There are too much things for us to plan and think of... nevertheless i'm sure is going to be one of the happiest and sweetest days in our life! Wish us all the best.. haha.

I wanna congrats my four Battery colleagues Jesica, Roos and Wati for their new born babies, Joey who has been trying for a baby and finally she's 30 weeks pregnant now. Hehe. Oh ya! Not forgetting my elder sis who is expecting a baby boy now.. so excited can't wait to see my little nephew in Jan 2010!!!!!!

Lantern festival around the corner..

Baby's parent were away to Malacca and came back on Sunday nite. Uncle told me that they had fun and had many good food over there. Haha.
Huiqing, Bingtai, Fangyi and Teck came over to baby's hse on Saturday for mahjong since auntie and uncle were not at home.. as usually their frens will come over and occupied the room for mahjong so chances of playing mahjong at baby's place are pretty low. Haha.=p
End session at 3-4am. Then Bingtai, me and baby went for supper at Boon Lay market while the rest went home.

Bought 2 boxes of mooncakes from Raffles Hotel which cost us only $38 for each box.. cos baby colleague's fren got some discount for us.. usual price is $52! Every year we will buy the mooncakes from Raffles Hotel. Simply love the taste! Hehe.
I also bought durian mooncakes for my family and his.. my daddy loves durian alot hope he will like the taste..=))

Change new bedsheet, pillow and bolster case.. love it!^^

20 Sept 2009.
Fun under the sun on Sunday with the usual gang at Sentosa Beach. There were 10 of us plus 4 doggies, Bubble, Mayo, Token and Cookie. Actually there were more who could not make it.. erm i wont name those who put us 'aeroplane' here. =p I woke up early to prepare the sandwiches while baby was still sleeping like a pig. Even Bubble can woke up early for her breakfast. Haha. Thks to Huiqing who wanted to come over to help me with the preparation. =)) The day before, Huiqing, Fangyi and i met up at JP, we had lunch together then start shopping for groceries at NTUC. We bought alot of stuffs like drinks,snacks and the ingredients for sandwiches.

At abt 11am, met the gang and headed to Sentosa. Reached Siloso beach and we found the same cool shady spot when we were there the first time. Sun shines and was so glaring, indeed a perfect weather for tanning and swimming (for the guys). Haha. Well, as for the gals, we hid under the shades chit chatting and looked after the doggies.

Realised our camera should be dump into the bin! I forgot to charge the batteries, while Huiqing she forgot to put the memory card into her camera.. so not much pics were taken on that day. ;(
The guys had fun playing all sort of games. To spice things up a bit, they actually did some stupid stunts as penalty, like doing star jump opposite the beach. So embarrassing but funny. Haha. Huiqing is right, it's nice to go to the beach once in awhile.^^

I believed the doggies had fun too.. they make new frens, chase and play around the beach with each other. Hehe. Only Token and Cookie went down to the water. I doubt Bubble would dare to go down to the sea. Haha. She behaves very timid esp when she's outdoor, she would puts her tail down between her legs and it's a sure sign of fear. She always get frighten by little noise and sudden movement by us. She would also run and hide when she see bicycles or some moving objects coming towards her. Most of the time she cries and wants me to carry her.

At the end of it, we had a quick shower and headed to Vivo. We brought our doggies to Pet Safari for their shower, while waiting for them, we went to have dinner at Pasta Mania.. shopped awhile and went back to pick the doggies. They were all clean and fresh! Baby and i rushed home first as Bubble haven eat since her morning meal.. she K.O after eating.. haha
Reached home at 9pm, then the guys went Chervons to watch soccer match.. wanted to go swimming with Huiqing but according to Guoqiang, the pool closed at 9pm. So we chose to stay at home instead to accompany our puppy gal. A tiring but enjoyable day for us. =D

All in all, it was a fruitful day spent at the beach!!

Sleeping the whole afternoon away. Nite time we met up with the 2 couples, HQ + Eddie and FY + Teck for dinner and movie. We had our dinner at Sakura, it's a thai restaurant (baby and my all time fav!). =p
Caught *The Ugly Truth* after that.. i would give 3 stars out of 5.
My poor boy gotta bad sunburn on his face and shoulder. Not only that, he almost cry out as he couldnt stand the itchiness all over his body. It could be the dirty sea water and sand i guess. Every day and nite i help him apply aloe to soothe it and moisturizing lotion, make sure that the 'Chao Ta' skin will keep peeling so that he will not suffer anymore. Lol.

Back from BKK~

Holidays have come to an end, the reality of going back to work is typically something that i dread. Arrived Sg on Monday midnight, our boys came to pick us despite they've to work on the next day. They went for supper while we headed back home first as baby wasnt feeling well.

I'm quite satisfied with the things i bought, like Bubble's clothing, winter wear, Naraya's stuffs, bras and heels. I did not buy as much things compare to the first trip, although i still spent abt $900+. Haha. We brought one luggage there but came back with extra bags! Trip was indeed fun together with them! We had many laughter and entertainments! I cant wait for the next trip with them again but this time with our boys! Looking forward to Taiwan on March 2010!!!

I actually met my secondary sch fren on the plane, he's the steward of Jetstar. What a coincidence right? We even got complimentary hot drinks from him. SO nice of him. Hehe.

On Day 2.. shop in Platinum Mall, Central World and Night Market.. We shop in Naraya and Zen. We shopped till 10pm, until the departmental store closed. Spent alot of time at the bra's section. Haha. I bought 7 bras but regret for not buying more!! Brands like Morgan and Triumph were on sales!! We came at the right time man!! So nice and sexy and also much cheaper than those in SG's. Haha

You cannot imagine that we walked from morning 9am to late night like 11pm, without resting our legs at all! Since the mall is so near the hotel, we went back to put our loots and also applied the anti-ache cream on our legs and body before cont our shopping wars again. lol.

The team had dinner at Marina Mandarin Hotel yesterday 09.09.09, it was for Sri's farewell. Her last day is on 11.09.09 she will be leaving Scotts to Tampines. All the best to her! =)
Food was so good! Esp the Oysters and Sashimi.. so fresh and juicy.. never fail to eat these whenever i had buffet. Keke~ Shall upload the photos once i receive from Sri and Yong Ee.
My sweetest boy came to fetch me after the dinner.. he brought Bubble along too! Bubble wag his tail when he saw me.. so happy to see mummy right? Hehe.. Baby also sent the cleaner auntie and Angela home.

Just came back from town with Huiqing sweet.. we went for eyelashes extension together.
I headed back my place, took my luggage and headed back to baby's place. Baby went drinking with his colleagues so i took a cab back. I didnt want to wait for him to come after his drinking becos i want to faster come back to see and take care of Bubble. As promise i've been walking her for the past days. She loves to go 'gai gai' now.. hehe
Oh ya, we have actually plan a Sentosa outing with the gang and the doggies after we come back from oversea. lalala~

Sick me..

I fall sick on last Thursday evening. It was so sudden. This happen when i was at work, a busy day and so i had a very late lunch. I thought i had a food poisoning becos i ate a pack of Malay rice that actually kept for 2hrs. I threw up after awhile and this continues for few hours.. i felt nauseous and sharp pain on my stomach.

After work, baby came to pick me up from my workplace cos he worried that i might faint or vomit anytime when i travel alone. I did not see a doc at that point of time, as i am seriously too weak to move or even stand. I felt so dirty becos i dint bath after we got home. After i took 2 panadol extra i immediately rest on the bed and fall aslp in less than 5mins! Then fever came after awhile, my whole body was very hot too.. the highest temp was 38 degree. I could rem my boy place a cold towel on my hot forehead and watched me the whole night.
At about 11pm.. my temp got higher.. baby was so worried and he insisted me to see a doc. I got myself changed and we headed to the nearby 24hrs clinic.

Doc said i had stomach flu and some kind of virus-attack. He actually wanted to give me an injection/drip for speedy recovery.. of cos i said NO. I promise him that i would take my med on time and drink more water. I dint had my dinner and baby insisted that i must eat something first before i can take the med.. i've zero appetite so i had some Buns instead.
So grateful to have nice people around. Thanks auntie for making 'Liang Cha' and even cooked porridge for me on the next day. Dad also called to check whether my fever have gone down. =)

Yesterday night after we celebrated elder sis and Bro-in-law's 25th Birthday (Both of them share the same birth date and month), as usual we had BBQ and invite our relatives. Daddy bought them a mango cake. Hee..
We headed home to fetch Bubble and went over to Huiqing's place for mahjong session as well as to visit Mayo. She just had an Op on Fri. The usual active her was so quiet and moody. Really pitiful. She wanted to join in the fun with Bubble, but she couldnt.. partly becos she wear the e-collar and couldnt move freely. Actually that is to prevent her from biting and licking her stiches. Speedy recover Mayo! Next will be Bubble's turn..

Oh ya, 6 more DAYS! The only girls trip to 3D2N BANGKOK! Hurrray!~ This time will be going together with Huiqing, Jiahui and Fangyi sweets. Hehe. Since it’s a short trip, we have long prepare the where-to-go and what-to-do list. So looking forward....
Knowing that i'll be away for 3 days.. 3 days for not seeing my precious puppy.. i'd try to compensate her by bringing her out for a walk more often and acc her as much as i can. She used to be very scare to walk whenever we bring her out of the hse but now I am so proud of her as she has overcome the fear and i dont even have to leash her, she'd walk beside me. We even chase around with each other, i can exercise at the same time too. Haha.

Hey that's my sweet Mummy and me!~ Mum said i'm her first and precious puppy in life..

I've a pair of round and big eyes.. actually i wasnt looking into the camera but watching TV.. i love to watch TV just like my Mummy.. heehee

HELLO! my Mummy gave me a lovely name, Bubble. I am born on 18th March 2009, so i'm 5 months old now. I am a fun loving gal, i love playing with other dogs as well as human beings. I might look big and mature but i am still a puppy. Hehe. I am spoiled with love and kisses and all kinds of toys.

I could still rem the day when she carried me home, i was so scared and couldnt adapt to the place for about 1.5 months. But today i am ready to be envied by everyone around me becos i have a wonderful Mummy and Daddy who dote and love me and i'm their top priority.

They are also very concern about my health, as my breed are more prone to skin problems than many other breeds. They even spent more than $200 on vet and medicines. They are even considering to bring me for a sterilization, so that risk in getting hormone-related diseases such as testicular cancer or prostate disease will reduce. I'm sure i'd be able to face and overcome it! I want to be a healthy doggie. I wish me and my owners many happy years together!!

I had dinner with the girls on one of the weekdays at ION Orchard. It've been almost 3 months since i left Battery to Scotts. Life at work has totally changed. Maybe becos i'm too comfortable with the old branch and with all my khakis around. But i would say that the people, place and most of the things are much better compare to Battery. At least i dont feel reluctant to go to work but looking forward to meet new people and gain new experiences. =)

As usual, we gossip, talk about people around us and also our work life, as there are many changes going on now and then. I also shared with them my new working environment and new colleagues. Hehe. Well, we had lots of fun together thou it was just a simple meal. I miss them so much!

Guess what.. i almost lost my handphone. I din even realise that until when baby was trying to contact me but he couldnt so he actually called Jess, and he said that this particular lady got my phone as she found it in the washroom. I immediately contact this kind-hearted lady, and i am so lucky and glad that i got it back. But she was pretty rude as i saw her browsing thru my phone. Nvm, for at least she's kind enough to return to me. Careless me. duhz.

Baby came to fetch me and also sent Jasmine, Adelia and Agnes home as they also stay west area, while Jayde's bf came to fetch her and Jesslyn took MRT cos she stay in Tampines. Let's meet up again and make sure that Ngeow and Enen join us for the next gathering. Keep in contact ya!=)

I was on off-ed yesterday. I slept till 1pm since i'm not working. I'd slp longer whenever i can. I look haggard nowadays with lack of slp and i realised that i've put on weight!! I must stop eating so much and exercise more.

I spent my day with my puppy gal, gave her a bathe and washed her cage. She has just turn 5 mths old. So happy to see her growing each and everyday with our tender care and loves. She is growing stronger and stronger each day and now she is able to jump up and down.

Then later in the evening i met up with Huiqing, Fangyi and Claris sweets at Jurong point. We had our dinner + girls talk at Billy Bombers. After that we headed to Chervons and sang for 2 hours. Hehe. It've been a long time since i last went for KTV. Although i cant sing well but i do love singing. Of coz, we had lots of crap and fun together! Huiqing sent me, Fangyi and Claris back home. Baby was at home playing PS3 with Deqing after he came back from a branch dinner.

Bro fainted during his training and was admitted to NUH. It was the forth time that he has fainted and this time was kinda serious. I rushed out of the hse once i received the news from sis, then baby called me while I was hailing for cab. It was abt 8pm when he was supposed to do cold-calling in the office. But he actually took time-off, as he wanted to fetch me to the hospital. Both sisters were already there when we reached. We waited for an hour before we could see our bro. He was having some check-ups and waiting for the medical report.

We went for dinner at the foodcourt while waiting for bro. Dad and Mum were so worried. They keep on calling us to check on his condition like every 20 mins. Finally we meet our bro, he looked so weak and his both arms were swollen due to some blood tests and injections. So pitiful can. Luckily there were nothing serious after doc diagnosed his illness. He has got asthmas since he was young, moreover he had bike accident before so now he has a injured ankle. Hopefully he can get out of course as he couldnt take all the tough training anymore.

Baby fetched them home after that. My boy is indeed a nice guy. He never fail to care for my family members. love ya!

I was so tired after a half day of work, had lunch at baby's place and took a nap till 5:30pm.
Headed to Jurong Point to shop for Shi'en's birthday pressie, we bought her a watch which is shared by Linsing and the both of us.
Afterwhich we headed straight to her party bash.. brought Bubble along too and the kids love her so much. Heehee..
We left at 9 plus and went to play mahjong at Huiqing's place together with Fangyi, Teck, Mickey and Jiahui. My boy and Huiqing luck was quite good, both won $$$. Game ended at 2am and we went Bukit Panjang for supper.

We celebrated her birthday cum a simple dinner at Din Tai Feng yesterday.

Fangyi came to meet me in town as i was there to shop for Huiqing's birthday pressie. We bought Anna Sui make up products for her. Hope she like the colour specially chosen by us. =) Oh ya, i also bought a blusher for myself and it costs me another 41 bucks. I like Anna Sui's casing they are so lovely and attractive! ;p

Recaps on the actual day.

On Fri 24/07/09, it was the day where all the jie meis gathered together and stayed overnight at our hse. We had some discussion on the door games as what to do to my bro-in-law and his brothers on the next morning. Hehe. My 1st and 2nd aunt came over to help out on the preparation with Mum. They were really busy preparing the stuffs in the kitchen. Not forgetting my grandparents and aunt who traveled all the way from Ipoh just to attend sis’s wedding. They also helped out a lot.

At abt 12 midnight Kenneth drove his car to our place and we start to deco the car, sis commented that ‘where got bride deco her own wedding car?’ Haha. No choice as they don’t have the time to drive and get the person to do it, so we got to do it ourselves instead. And it’s so easy! Haha. Call me if you need help on decorating your wedding car! ;p

Finally the day has arrived. We've been looking forward since months ago. The photographer, video-grapher and the make up artist came and sis starts to make up by 6am. At the same time we dolled up ourselves too. Hehe. Finally the groom has arrived at 9am; we heard a long and loud car horn sound upon their arrival. All of us were so excited can! Lol. And the weather was absolutely perfect for a wedding day!

There was also a roasted pig. It’s actually a Cantonese practice to have a roasted pig on the wedding day. Anyway, the groom and the brothers had a hard time with the sisters in the hse. Lol. They were asked to put on lipstick and kiss each other's cheeks. We also gave them a drink mixed with thai chilli + lime after their 20 to 50 push-ups. The most disgusting part is when one of his brother tied the banana around his waist, while bro-in-law peeled off the skin using his mouth and he did some action. Omg!! The scene is damn Er Xing lah! The hse was full of laughters during the games.

Eventually he handed the angbaos. Before he gets into the room, he read the vows and signed on the love contract which was created by us. Haha. After which we had photo taking, pray and tea ceremony. Our parents and relatives bought valuable things like gold necklaces, rings and bracelets for them. Sis wore them thru out the whole ceremony. We need to escort her wherever she goes. Lol.

They departed from home at 10am. Dad holds the red umbrella while Mum scatters the rice with some mixed beans on sis and the car. I dunno why she does that but it’s just some Chinese believes. There were alot more actually. Haha.

Arrived at bro-in-law’s place, did the same process - prayed, tea ceremony, had buffet and follow by their new home and then back to our place again. We had our lunch prepared by our wonderful mother. The newly weds then headed to the hotel together with the jie meis and lil sis, while i stayed at home to make up for mummy and auntie. Mum also had a nice hairdo at the nearby salon. Haha. She looked very pretty that night, in fact she look pretty everyday and she's the prettiest mother in my heart!

Well, everything went on very smoothly. =)

Last but not least, HAPPY MARRIAGE SISTER!

I felt so tired and sleepy after a long day, and after fetching my parents home it was already very late le, therefore we dint drop by to Joanna's birthday party.

Yesterday was baby's birthday. We celebrated his birthday with his family and relatives in a Thai restaurant at Sembawang Road. He received angbaos from his relatives and spent the money on a Samsung 19'inch monitor. Haha. He bought a new com last week and he needs a new monitor too.
On the night before his actual birthday, we had a celebration at Dbl O with the usual gang and his colleagues, kudos to Boogie for organising. I also surprised him with a cake. Oh ya thanks Claris babe for helping to buy cake! I know it was kinda last min! Xie xie ni again! =)
Of cos we had lots of fun! I would say it've been awhile since we last party and laughed crazily together!

Fangyi is finally back from China, happy to see her again! Love the pressie from her. Hee.. I'm so excited and looking forward to the girls trip with her, Huiqing and Jiahui on Sept! No boys allowed! Lol!

Good Bye Battery..

Last Friday was my last day in Battery. I dint resign from my current job but just moving on to another branch - to change new environment, for more 'opportunity' and a better 'platform' for me to achieve wad i want. I hope i've made the right decision. ;p
Well,very sad as i'm leaving behind a load of memories and i'll definitely miss the people whom i actually spent most of the day with for over the past years. It was great getting to know you all and to get a chance to work with every single one of you in Battery. Big hug to Jennifer and the Sales team for the lovely roses + cute bear bear. Thanks to the Ops team for the bling bling FCUK and GUESS watches, and thank you all for the wishes left on the gigantic farewell card!!

Yesterday was my very first day in Scotts! My new boss, managers and colleagues are nice people. =) Shall update again.

my boy lost his wallet..

Baby came back from his trip on Tuesday. His bro, Linsing and i went to fetch him from the airport. We also give Chris and Seiyan a ride home. He enjoyed himself there thou he dint buy much thing for himself. He bought me nice dresses and more than 10 pairs of earrings. Ha.

Baby lost his wallet in the airport. I've accepted the fact that his wallet is gone. The super nice checkered LV wallet is gone!! =( He didnt realise that he had lost it until the next morning! At first i couldnt believe it – he was always such a careful person. This time he actually misplaced his wallet somewhere in the airport. He wasnt sure where exactly he placed it.
Inside the wallet there are IC, credit cards, driver's license, miscellaneous cards, ard 500 SIN dollars and approximately 3000 Taiwan dollars! Forget abt the wallet.. we just hope that they return his IC and license. Sighed. Well, all these cannot be undone. Baby said it might be a blessing in disguise. And guess what.. when we came back from work in the evening, his parents told us that they striked 4D!!! His dad's car number actually came out 1st prize. Then he gave baby $$$ to cover back his loses. So lucky! Haha.

Night time, i accompanied sis Syvia to JB to collect Ken's car cos she brought the car for some servicing. Initial plan was to go eat satay lok-lok after we've collected the car, but the shop has closed down few months ago! Philip and friends suggested to have malay cuisine instead. Food was not bad and not expensive too.. shall recommend it to the gang. Haha. It've been such a long time since we last had a fruitful catch-up-session together. =)

After we had our supper and car wash we headed back to SIN at around 2am. Stayed over at sis's place, we spent the night on the bed with the lights off-ed, chatting and gossiping till 5am before we finally fall aslp. Haha.

Sunday, 5th July 2009

Woke up at around 12.30pm.. prepared ourselves and left the hse at 1.30pm as she needs to open shop at 2pm. Sis went ta bao nasi lemak and we eat together in her shop.

I left at 3pm cos i'm meeting my mummy, elder sis, 2 brothers, Zhixiang and his mum at City Plaza. We went there to shop for Qibao and night gown for sis's wedding. Zhixiang's mum bought a Qibao while mummy bought a gown both at $288. As for me i bought 1 gown and 1 casual dress total at $60++ only. Hehe. Sis bought a pair of white heels for day time. Super nice and it's 29 bucks. I am still considering whether to get that pink heels to match my dress. Hmm. Shall ask for baby's opinion when he's back tmr. Arghh i miss him like crazy!

This morning my precious boy went Taiwan for 4 days company trip. I start to miss him already! =( Nevertheless i hope he enjoy himself and come back soon! Hope he can take good care of himself too as yesterday he was a bit unwell.

I couldnt get back to sleep so played with Bubble for awhile before it's time to feed her. Supposed to meet up with Bel and Celeste later but becos Celeste is feeling unwell, we've to postpone the meet up again.

Bubble just had her shower.. i have a hard time with her in the bathroom. Haha. Blow dry her fur, clean her ears, paws and eyes area.

On Thursday i met up with Huiqing sweetie at Vivo after work. First we had dinner at Kim Gary and went shopping around. I bought 2 Fred Perry shirts for baby as his birthday gift and Huiqing bought for Eddie too. My boy is turning 24th in another 2 weeks time. As usual, i'd plan to throw a birthday celebration for him. Hehe.

Guess what.. I bought the most expensive shoes in my life. I'm serious. It's a pair of glittery open-toed jellies with a Swarovski heart shape stone on it! Huiqing bought the same too! We love it so much and we named it the Cinderalla shoes. Lol. The actual price is $130 but after discount is abt $82.

Brought Bubble for her first grooming on Saturday. Great that her last jab was taken last week otherwise it'd not be advisable to bring her for grooming. Now she look cleaner, neater and prettier! Lol. Thanks Huiqing sweet for recommending us Noo Age Dog - the grooming place at Teban Garden. The stupid GPS died on us when we were on the way to the place. Luckily baby got sense of direction if not we'd go around west area. Haha. We were 10 mins late for the appt.

We went for our lunch while waiting for Bubble. After we fetched Bubble, baby drove us back and he left for his bball match. He came back at about 9 plus and we headed to my sis's hse. Passed her some stuff from BKK. Zhixiang's family were there too. They were discussing on stuff to prepare for their upcoming wedding on July. =) So excited!

We meet Gou Gou for late dinner at Xing Wang. Teck and Eddie actually jio-ed us go Msia for supper but we already ordered our food le.

Woke up pretty late on Sunday. Baby and i drove to Sunset Way, bought diff brand of food for Bubble. After that we wanted to have our lunch at Jurong Point. We couldnt find any parking lot. Drove around the carpark like 5 times and when we finally found a parking space, we decided to ta bao home instead as Huiqing and Eddie drop by baby's place to pass some goodies for Bubble which they got it at the Dog Walk. Thanks Mummy Qing for the treats!~ Hee..

Evening time, i dint join Huiqing and Fangyi for KTV as i was too tired to sing and do anything else so chose to stay home instead. I took a nap till 7pm. zzZ
After we had our dinner we went over to Jinquan's hse. Left at 12 plus.

4D3N in Bangkok!

好久没有Blog了.. I have been away the last couple of days shopping in Bangkok city. The weather was so hot and humid just like Sin. Anyway the trip was great! We did a lot of walking and shopping which resulted in me buying loads of things back in Sin. Haha. Food wise, we only stick to food that served in shopping malls and restaurants, as those food stuff by the roadside are rather dirty and also looked unpleasant to me. =p

My boy was super nice to pick up my sis and ken at Wdls and fetched us to the airport. =)

18th Jun 09
Day 1: Arrived in Bangkok at 8.15am, took a taxi and straight to the hotel. Luckily we were allow for early check-in. Since its not weekend yet and the Chatuchak market is off. We headed to Platinum mall which is just beside our hotel. After we had our breakfast in one of the Jap restaurant, and were ready for shopping wars. Haha. After whole day of shopping cum with so many shopping bags, we decided to put our stuff in the hotel before going Chinatown for dinner. Sis recommended us to this seafood place which she has visited quite often. Food was good and cheap. Haha. We also had birdnest and bai guo niu nai as desserts.

But few hours later when we were in the massage place, sis Ivy suddenly felt bloated and feel like vomiting. She wants to go back to the hotel so i accompanied her while sis kar and ken stayed in the massage place. I was extremely worried leaving the 2 of them there but i've no choice as Ivy was feeling unwell and i cant leave her alone on the street. Luckily the place is just nearby our hotel. Upon reaching, she couldnt endured anymore and vomited outside the hotel. So poor thing. Back to our room, once again she felt the gush and ran to the toilet to vomit. She went to slp but this wasnt the end. The feeling of vomiting came back and she vomited again and again till no liquid! I guess it's food poisoning! I felt really helpless. I called up the receptionist to check out the nearby 24-hrs clinic, but there wasnt any!? After awhile she fell aslp as she took her own med otherwise the vomiting would have continued. This time my sis n ken came back. Finally i'm relieved and went to bed as well.

Day 2: It was 9am the next day, Ivy was completely bedridden. She forced herself out of bed and went breakfast together, thou she joined us for breakfast but she couldnt eat or drink much. Whenever she see food the feeling of throwing comes again. Hmm.. actually i forgotten where we went and wad we did. Haha. I think we went Platinum again, after that to Pratunam market and MBK. At night we went for body massage, afterwhich back to hotel and we ordered room service dinner. Actually we wanted to go pray but it was raining. So inconvenience to go anywhere too.

20th Jun 09
Day 3: It's Saturday! We took a taxi to Chatuchak market.. spent the whole day shopping again. The market is so huge, but luckily with Ivy's expert experience she led us the way like where to start and how to get back to where we came from. One day just isn't enough to cover the whole place. Certain things are not really that cheap comparing to the things in Platinum. I think just shop in Platinum itself are enough liao. Haha.
The Thai are kinda nice ppl they would warn us to watch out for pickpockets. =)
Went back to the hotel in the late evening. Relax-ed ourselves first before heading out again. Haha. Went to pray and to Central World for dinner and shopped in Naraya. After that we went for foot massage.

Day 4: Our last day in Bangkok. Checked-out at 12pm and we went to Platinum again! Spent few hours on last min shopping before we had to catch a flight at 915pm.
So happy to see my dearest baby! I miss him so badly when i was in Bangkok!

We had steamboat dinner over at sis's place on last Saturday. We brought Bubble along too. Hehe. Baby fetched me home to take the steamboat pot and durians then fetched me and Mummy to Vista Point cos we wanted to buy more groceries. My sweetest boy came to fetch us again due to heavy rain.

Daddy gave my boy 2 durians. Haha.

Huiqing jio-ed us for Mahjong so headed to her place with the usual gang.

Last Sunday met up with Huiqing and Fangyi at Jurong Point. Walked awhile before heading to CC. As usual gossip-ed while waiting for the guys to finish playing bball.
We headed to West Coast Plaza after that and shopped at Nike factory outlet before we had our dinner at Sushi Tei. Saw a black waist pouch with juz a Nike logo on the side. I find it simple and nice. It suits Daddy alot so i bought it as father's day gift since i haven get anything for him yet.

Alarm rang at 8am! It was the time to feed Bubble! I've to wake up earlier to soak the food with water for at least an hour until the food turn soft before feeding her.

2nd day. She has started to explore more. Teething period she tends to bite and chew vigorously on everything possible. Ytd she slept in our room but inside her cage den baby forgot to lock the door she came out during the night and i heard her whining. I woke up and saw her walking and sniffing around. Poor Bubble.. i sayang-ed her and acc her awhile den she goes back to her cage and slp. So cute.. haha. She will chew on her fav toy before she fall aslp.

Happy birthday to cutie Mayo! In the late afternn we celebrated her 1st birthday together with Bubble and Cookie. Bubble had her first bathe before we went out. I'm so proud of myself cos i managed to handle her. Lol.
Bubble only 2.5 months now and she actually cannot mingle with other dogs. So looking forward to next vet visit so when after she get her third injection then the 3 dogs can play together. Haha.

Yeah!! We bought a puppy westie!! Baby and i wanted to have a doggie for so long le. We decided to get a pup since baby's mum agree to have one too. =) We meet up with Raymond (baby's colleague) in the Sat afternn he recommended us few pet shops at Thomson and Changi. At first i was quite worried to get it from pet shops cos of those puppy mills. But Bubble did not come from a puppy mill. Most of the puppies are quality dogs and are from Pedigree parents. The shop owner should be trustable lah as he is Raymond's fren so everything kinda 'open-booked'.
We just couldnt resist how adorable and hyper she was when we petted on her head she came right up smelled and licked our hand and gave us the "take me home" kind of look. Haha. Without any hesitation, my boy actually said "OK! I want her!" Love at first sight ba..i guess. Haha. We spent $1.2k and $300++ on her stuff.

While we were on the way back home.. both of us were so happy cum excited. We named her Bubble! Sounds cute isnt it? Hehe.

The first night we brought her home she was so quiet and keep staying inside the cage and hardly come out. Everytime i see her in there she seems more comfortable and secure. Maybe bcos she has been in the cage for 2 months and got so used in there?

Exam's approaching. I've been trying very hard to study as much as possible and when i have the time to. I want to do well for the exam but sometime it's quite hard to make myself settle down and study, even when exam is coming up. I'd put off studying until the very last minute. Why arh!?

I thought i'm supposed to sit for a paper today. Went to sch but realized that i've messed up with the exam's date! Arrghh!

Anw, might be going to pet shop before going to Jasmine's bday chalet. Baby is not going he said he'd feel awkard so he chose to shy away. Act like shy. Haha. Jasmine said we must reach at 6pm cos it's her auspicious time. 6th June. 6pm. Lol.

Well, Bangkok trip together with sis Karen, her bf and sis Syvia on 18th June. Parents, sis Ada and Zhi Xiang will postpone the trip. Sad. Thought we can go holiday together. Dad doesnt want to go due to the H1N1 thing.

Great Singapore Sale. Headed to town again. Actually we were pretty excited about this great sales! Like everywhere you go, you would see sales and more sales! Sadly, nothing caught our eyes and there were no discount or special promotion on those brands like Fred Perry and Biotherm. So we ended up with empty hands. I only bought a DKNY watch for Jasmine's bday pressie.

Back home. Showered and changed then picked Teck and Fangyi at their place and headed to Hui qing + Eddie's place for mahjong. Teck brought his PS3. Eddie was so addicted to it. Haha. Jinquan and Siew Fong came too. Mayo and Cookie looked really cute when they play and chase each other. Haha. I so in love with them! Baby wants to buy a puppy for me too! Yeah! We're going to the pet farm this weekend! =p

We ordered Mac for supper and left their place at about 4am. zZZ

As for our ROM, baby actually wanted this year which i think is abit rush so we decide on next year instead. I want to finish my studies and get the driving licence by this year so i can fully concentrate on our wedding plan. Nevertheless we will cont to source for good location, photographer, videographer and etc. Once in a lifetime so must make it a memorable one. Hee.. most probably going to the wedding fair and hope to sign some special package with the bridal shop i eyeing. Ha.

Sucha gorgeous morning and the weather was perfect.. we woke up pretty early, had our breakfast before heading to town. We passed through 2 ERP gantries that cost at least $1.50 each time we drove by!

We ended our shopping spree at 7pm and headed to Marina Sq thereafter.

Met up with Huiqing, Eddie, Claris, Boogie, Jiahui and Mickey for dinner and movie.

Dinner was at MOF - food was so-so and lousy service.

Caught the 'Night At The Museum II'. I'd rate 8 out of 10 stars.

A great movie to end the wonderful night.=))

We had dinner at Sushi Tei last night. Been quite awhile since we last met up with each other so we thought it was finally time for us to meet up. Was exhausted from work and both of us were famished, then we ordered alot of food. A little crazy but we loved it. I ate sashimi until i could eat no more. Lolz.
We talked abt our plans for marriage and those bits and pieces that happening in our life. Spent almost 4 hours with each other including some shopping and ring searching. As expected time wasnt enough for us as we always have endless things to chat with. Haha.

My only regret was not having a camera to capture the image of those food we ate. Really unbelievable. Haha.

After that, baby came and fetched me to his place. I'd have took a cab back if i know he was that tired.=p

Yeah! Finally friday is here. Baby went dinner and drinking with his colleagues, things have been hectic and work stress really kills him.. hope he enjoy himself and come back soon! Haha. I went back to his place for dinner as auntie already cooked my share. In order to occupy myself with things.. i went for a classic pedicure, collect my ring as i brought it for resizing last week, home facial and blogging.=p

Yesterday was Mother's Day. We went Msia again and this time without our relatives joining us. Stayed overnight and went shopping on the 2nd day. Sad to say that i dint have the chance to celebrate with my boy & his family. Coz baby went Batam so no choice we've to postpone the celebration. He also make an effort to have dinner with me and my family right after he reached Singapore. Baby says he dint really enjoy himself at Batam. Opps. =X Well,packed my stuff and were ready to stay over at his place.=) I miss him so much!

Just woke up from my nap. Zzz We've back from the cruise this afternn. We really had a wonderful time!=)Guess wad, first day in the casino my luck was really GOOD i won about $1.4k! I was happy enough as first time in my life won so much in gambling, coz i seldom gamble the most only buy toto/4d once in a blue mood but never once strike. Lol. We started to gamble every after we had our lunch/dinner and we would played till morning. Haha. My luck was luckier than the rest but luck wasnt at baby's side. Luckily i won so after cover his loses we still won $$. But i felt kinda low and upset after losing most of our winnings in the 2nd day. We were like impulsive gambler and totally forgot to set a 'limit'.Sob sob..$$ gone just like that!=p Wat's done cant be undone. Luckily that wasnt our 'capital'. Lol. Well,overall we still won few hundred but not as much as the first day.

Our main purpose was not only gamble but also to relax and enjoy the time there together. We even went snorkeling at redang beach(will upload them once i scan those pics). We had endless fun, entertainment and activities - swimming, sunbathing, jacuzzi, arcade, gambling and eat.=p I guess we'll be back for more!!

hello frens,i'll be away from 6th to 10th May!~After cruising i'll be at Msia with my family while my boy in Batam with his colleagues.

Mother's day is around the corner.We're still deciding on wad to buy for our mum.Any idea for us?Hehe..
Mum and i are like best fren,many at times when we were on the phone we tend to talk for at least 20 mins.When i was sick for the past days,both of them were worried abt me,esp dad.I received several calls from him while i was at work.I know he cares and worried abt me althou he seldom show out his feelings.When i was at home ytd,he boiled "liang cha" for me and even cut fruit for me to eat.
Well,needless to say both of them feel happy for me cos i am now engaged to someone who's that trustworthy and faithful.Daddy keep smiling.I dunno why lah.Haha.Last but not least..thanks everyone!We will be blessed by all your wishes!!!=))

I'm down with flu,cough and body achiness.It've been 5 days and i've yet to recover from my sickness after seeing 2 doctors.Feel so xin ku.A last min trip to Genting for just 2 days 1 nite with Fangyi and frens ytd and supposed to have BBQ session with my family and to his grandma 70th birthday bash today,but i missed all of them,since i was too weak to walk,talk and do anything else except slp!My whole body was so weak after taking the med.Baby have to leave me at home to slp and rest while he go ahead without me.I couldnt slp well at nite.Toss and turn which actually wokes him up every nite.Thou he had many hard nites but he nv fails to pat and sayang me to slp.=)

Bad news..we decided to postpone the Hongkong trip due to the the current Swine Flu.It's better to be safe than sorry.Well,let's pray hard that it wont affect our Bkk trip on June.Everyone pls take good care of yourself ya.

My dear baby proposed to me with a diamond ring ytd.Good news isn't it?Haha.Well,thou no big carats but he promised to upgrade the carats when he can affort to.I was so touched and unexpected.Nothing beats the sincerity from his heart and all the love and care he had for me for the past 4 1/2 years.There are no words to describe our love together.We are truly happy to receive many blissing and love from frens and family.=) Gonna tell my mummy and daddy the news and parents meeting-the-parents session soon.Omg.Lol.

Friday night headed to Dragonfly to celebrate Irene's birthday together with my 'jie mei men'!

Yeah.Baby then came to fetch me home at 3am.Slept at 5am and woke up at 2pm today.Zzz

Had our lunch at 'Jia Xiang Mian' and eek the food really sucks.Afterwhich we headed to Paya Lebar to watch basketball match. As usual went there to support boy and his team. Not only me.. Fangyi,Deqing,Xiao Fang and Jinquan's gf were there to support them too. Yeah and they won the match against NUS.
We went for dinner and to Huiqing's place for Mahjong thereafter.Jinquan brought his dog along.I played with the two little maltese for the whole night.Haha.Super cute lah!

I took a day leave for my Law paper today.Yay!No more exam for time being!I cant wait for holiday to come i'm counting down the days to Cruise and Hongkong getaway!Was chatting with my girls just now and i'm so excited about our plans.Keke.

Last two weeks i went to support my boy and his team.They won both the games.I like to see the way he play bball.Hee..

I miss my darlings.I miss the good old days.

Hello!I just got back from school.I think i dint do well for my paper.=( Last few modules le but i'm still slacking like nobody biz!Law paper coming next week!!Time to study again!!I felt so stress.I miss my boy.I need a hug badly like how he hugged me to sleep every night.I want to take up courses on Manicure & Pedicure and driving lesson after i've grad.

Well,just realized that i haven been blogging much recently though alot have been happening in my life!And i've so much to share..

I've been into Styleweddings and Singaporebrides.Yupz!I’ve signed up with the forum.Been sourcing for bridal shop and solemnisation venue(i've a place in mind already),as we agreed to ROM first since we are going to hold our traditional ceremony till a few years later.It’s not an easy task finding something that suits our budget and something that we want - unique,classy and romantic!

My boy sweet big-time!He promised to bring me to WEDDINGS GLAMOUR BASH 2009 on next Sunday.I like the bridal photos with Monalisa Bridal.The photography styles are really elegant and professional.Gonna check out the packages!Dint know that planning all these can be so exciting.Haha.I am truly happy that our rship has grown so much over the years and now we can look forward to the next phase of our lives together..

It's 清明 season now.My boy went to pay respect to his grandparents tgt with his family.I dint join them in tombsweeping as i was at sis's new home helping out in painting the walls.My poor boy drove the whole day and he dint had a chance to rest his legs.Fetching me to and fro my place,to CCk,Clementi and then back to his place.After he has finished his bball training,he came over to fetch me to his place again.

We prepared ourselves for a supper at Msia. In all,there were total 8 of us (Baby, Me, Claris, Boogie, Guoqiang, Xiuhan, Joanna and Bingtai). We spilt into 2 cars before leaving around 12am.As it was already past midnight,there were no traffic on the road towards Tuas check-point.Indeed a smooth ride to and fro.
We hit the road and Xiuhan led us the way to the Seafood place once after the Msia Customs,but we got lost.Frankly speaking,i was abit panic and felt uneasy,the whole road was so quiet and dark.We came to a petrol station where we stopped for a toilet break as well as figuring where the makan place was.Once done,we continue our journey. Although we managed to find the place - Yuw Meng Restaurant,but it was closed.ARGH!There goes the fresh,delicious seafood.

We got no choice but to find something else to fill our tummy.We settled at another seafood place nearby - some roadside stall.It was about 1am by the time we had our sinful meal.The food were so-so and we paid for around RM200 for all 8 of us (that’s less than S$15 each).Nonetheless no good food at least we got half tank of cheap petrol.Lol!

Home sweet home.At last our GPS was put into good use,directing us accurately back to Spore.累死了!zz

There will be an incentive trip at end of April or first week of May.
Kinda last min decision from boss.Hmm,i have yet to give them an answer whether to go or not.The tour package is about $1k+ - Peak period cum flying via Singapore Airline and 4 stars hotel.Initially i wanted to go but i think $1k+ is too ex for just 4 days of Taiwan trip.Further,after being subsidized we still have to top up an amount of up to $400.Think i better don go..so ex right?Since i went there before,i intend to save the money for holidays in June and July.If they change the venue to some other places like Bali or Vietnam,i might reconsider.hehe..

By the way,my precious boy is going Taiwan probably in early July.It's a company trip as well.I couldn't tag along as i've not much leave left after taking 8 days of annual leave in mid July.I'll be going to Bangkok again but this time i'm going together with baby's family.

Whoo!So many holidays ahead!
